Weekly Meals (8.28.17)


In order to stay accountable, I will take a picture of everything I eat for the week, Monday- Friday. As always, remember I'm not perfect. I will sometimes have too many carbs, or I don't know. . .a double decker banana moon pie! But hey, I'm human.

I will include the calorie count for the meal and the total count for the day. I use the My Fitness Pal app to count calories.

MONDAY 8.28.17

Lunch- Chicken Salad Wrap w/ lettuce, onion, and tomato w/ water

Snack- Mandarine Oranges and Chocolate Protein Powder Pancakes

(298 calories)

Dinner- Hamburger Vegetable Soup w/ sweet tea

(441 Calories)

Snack- Vanilla Yogurt w/ oats (191 calories)

Total Calories for the day- 1,455 calories

TUESDAY 8.29.17

Breakfast- Chocolate Protein Pancakes w/ Pears

w/ water (401 calories)

Lunch- Chicken Salad Wrap w/ lettuce, tomato, and onion w/ water

(275 calories)

Snack- Vanilla Yogurt (130 calories)

Dinner- Panko breaded Chicken Strips w/ sweet potato and carrots w/ a Pepsi (519 calories)

Total Calories for the day- 1,325 calories

WEDNESDAY 8.30.17

Breakfast- Cream of Wheat w/ Two Eggs w/ water

(363 calories)

Lunch- Chicken Salad Wrap w/ lettuce and tomato w/ Goldfish Crackers w/ water (415 calories)

Snack- Shredded Wheat Cereal (275 calories)

Dinner- Pork w/ baked beans and corn w/ water

(603 calories)

Total Calories for the day- 1,656 calories

THURSDAY 8.31.17

Breakfast- Cream of Wheat w/ water (250 calories)

Lunch- Pork w/ sweet potato and Pears w/ water

Dinner- Cheddar Hot Dog w/ Cream of Wheat w/ sweet tea (645 calories)

FRIDAY 9.1.17

Breakfast- Cream of Wheat w/ Cheese Eggs w/ water

Lunch- Chicken Salad Sandwich w/ tomato and
