Weekly Meals (9.4.17)


In order to stay accountable, I will take a picture of everything I eat for the week, Monday- Friday. As always, remember I'm not perfect. I will sometimes have too many carbs, or I don't know. . .a double decker banana moon pie! But hey, I'm human.

I will include the calorie count for the meal and the total count for the day. I use the My Fitness Pal app to count calories.

Snack- Muscle Milk Protein Shake (300 calories)

Dinner- Steak, Baked French Fries, and Cream Corn (555 calories)

Total calories for the day- 1,638 calories

TUESDAY 9.5.17

Breakfast- Cream of Wheat (110 calories)

Lunch- Panko Breaded Chicken Strips w/ Mandarin Oranges (410 calories)

Snack- Larabar Snack Bar (220 calories)

Dinner- Stuffed Shells (550 calories)

Total calories for the day- 1,290 calories

WEDNESDAY 9.6.17

Snack- Muscle Milk Protein Shake (150 calories)

Breakfast- Toaster Strudel and Three Eggs (395 calories)

Lunch- Panko Breaded Chicken Strips w/ Pears and Peanut Butter Crackers (455 calories)

Dinner- Cream of Wheat (140 calories)

Snack- MY BIRTHDAY CAKE! (320 calories)

Total calories for the day- 1,460 calories

THURSDAY 9.7.17

Breakfast- Toaster Strudel and Three Eggs (359 calories)

Lunch- Crackers and Peanut Butter (310 calories)

Dinner- Sloppy Joe and Watermelon (527 calories)

Total calories for the day- 1,346 calories

FRIDAY 9.8.17

Breakfast- Cream of Wheat, Two Eggs, and Pears (353 calories)

Lunch- Crackers and Peanut Butter w/ Carrots (336 calories)

Dinner- Pork Roast with potatoes, onions, and carrots w/ Brown Rice and Corn Bread (669 calories)

Total Calories for the day- 1,358 calories
